An alternative topping to nutella. The recipe is not quite there yet in regards to its consitency, but tastes already amazing.
Ingredients
- 300g roasted hazelnuts
- 200g dates
- 50g roasted cocoa nibs
- dash of salt
- 50-100g coconut oil
Note: I bought roasted hazelnuts. If you dont have those, you can roast and hull them yourself following the instructions in the Hazelnut Cream Recipe.
Instructions
Blend everything together. On my first try I used 50g coconut oil. The consistency was ok, but not as smooth as I wished. Adding more oil might help, thouth that might separate once you store it.
Next time…
add a dash of saltdone, adapted recipe- try more coconut oil
