Green Curry Paste v0.17

Another try to figure out my lost recipe for green curry paste. This is an good starting point, though not quite there yet.

Ingredients

  • 3pcs habanero (without seeds)
  • 25g spring onion
  • 60g thai basil
  • 15g garlic
  • 20g ginger
  • 10g lime leaves
  • 25g lime grass (lower part only)
  • 4g fresh pepper
  • 1tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1/2tbsp cumin seeds
  • juice of one lime
  • 100g neutral oil

Instructions

Blend everything together and fill into glass. Clean the upper edge of the jar and ensure that there are no air pockets within the mixture and top of with oil to make it more durable. Should hold a few weeks in the fridge.

Usage

Everything asia. This paste is very refreshing.
