
The recipe is not therer yet and the result was a crumbly mess. Delicious, but not useable as granola bars.
Ingredients

- 150g date paste
- 250g peanut butter
- 125g soja flakes
- 15g crushed rice waffel
- 15g crushed cornflakes
- 1g salt
- 20g honey
- 15g berries
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Note: too dry. Without honey or sirup this recipe will most likely not work. Reduce the peanut butter by half and substitute something sticky.
Instructions
Mix the wet ingredients together first. Then add the other ones. Prepare a baking form with baking paper, fill the mass and press it in shape. Let it bake for 15 minutes at 175 degres. After it fully cooled down cut the bars.

- use popped spelt seeds instead of rice waffels and cornflakes
