Quattro Formaggi is by far my favorite pizza. Its always my first choice when trying out a new pizza place. Over the years I played around with the recipe a bit, ending up with two simple additions that I regularly add to my base recipe.
Quattro Formaggi Base
- Buffalo Mozzarella
- Gorgonzola
- Ricotta
- Petida

There are two additions I really like in addition to my base recipe. The first one is adding crushed walnut after baking.
The second (and more controversial) is adding a few slices of pear before baking.
