Lavender, Sage & Lemon Peel Kombucha

This is my favorite kombucha recipe ever, though I realized I do not know exact measurements and batches differ quite a bit. As always writing down will help to perfect it.

Ingredients Single batch

  • 500g base kombucha (finished first fementation)
  • dried lavender 0.15g
  • dried sage 0.1g
  • lemon peel 0.5g
  • 3g sugar

Ingredients for batch (dried powder)

  • dried lavender 4.5g
  • dried sage 3g
  • lemon peel 15g
  • 75g sugar

Put everything in the blender. One tsp per 500g base kombucha should be fine.
