This is my favorite kombucha recipe ever, though I realized I do not know exact measurements and batches differ quite a bit. As always writing down will help to perfect it.
Ingredients Single batch
- 500g base kombucha (finished first fementation)
- dried lavender 0.15g
- dried sage 0.1g
- lemon peel 0.5g
- 3g sugar
Ingredients for batch (dried powder)
- dried lavender 4.5g
- dried sage 3g
- lemon peel 15g
- 75g sugar
Put everything in the blender. One tsp per 500g base kombucha should be fine.
