- 250g honey
- 5 habaneros
Instructions
Cut the habaneros in half. Remove the stalk and seeds. Put them into honey and let them rest for two weeks. Afterward remove the chilies from the honeys. Put they into a different jar.
Usage
The honey has an amazing fruity and exotic flavor and some spiciness. You can use it to sweeten, flavor or spice stuff up, or enjoy it on top of a buttered bread. The candied Habaneros will hold forever in the fridge and are an amazing way to spice your food.
