‘Palatschinken’ is the austrian version of the french Crêpe. They are super easy to make and you can fill them with whatever your heart desires.
Ingredients
- 125g universal or baking flour
- 250g milk
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- butter to fry
Instructions
Mix milk salt and eggs. Add the flour during steering one spoon after the other. Preheat a pan and add half a tablespoon of butter. Pour a ladle full of dough in the middle of the pan. Tilt the pan until the dough got distributed nicely.
You can fill them with whatever your you want. Jam, fruits, honey, nuts or just with sugar and cinnamon. They are delicious anyway. You can also fill them with cheese, pesto, vegetables or meat.
In the header picture I filled them with vanilla ice cream, blueberries, strawberries and some hazelnut cream.
