This is a super simple recipe. You don’t need an ice cream machine for this, though you will need a good blender to make this work.
Ingredients
- 150g frozen banana
- 50g yogurt
- 50g sour cream
Instructions
Peel a few ripe bananas and cut them into ca 2cm thick slices. Place them on a tray and let them freeze. Ensure that the slices do not freeze together.
Once ready, get them out and let them thaw for a few minutes. If you have a strong blender 2 minutes should be enough. Add the yogurt and sour cream to the blender. Afterward add the frozen banana. Don’t let the pieces fall from high heights onto the blades, or they might take damage. Blend until fully combined.
