Another very simple ice cream recipe. You don’t need an ice cream machine for this, though you will need a good blender to make this work.
Note: I tried to make a Apricot and Curd ice cream with two colors (picture), though the curd part did not work out as planned. Following I only listed the apricot ice cream.
Ingredients
- 200g frozen apricots
- 150g curd (‘Topfen’)
- 10g sugar
- 30g milk
Instructions
Cut the apricots in half, remove the seed and freeze them. Once frozen, add all other ingredients to the blender. Cut the apricots in smaller pieces, just to help the blender a bit. Afterward add them to the other ingredients and blend them until smooth.
Next Time…
- Try to get a curd ice cream going and combine them afterward. The first test (which was not frozen) was 30g sour cream, 15g sugar, 100g curd and 10g milk. Start from there (maybe with frozen curd).
