Very simple but awesome potato wedges with a ketchup based dip.
Ingredients
Wedges
- 1kg potatoes
- 50g olive oil
- 8g salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4g chili/paprika powder
- 25g wheat semolina
Dip
- 100g ketchup
- 15g honey
- 1g curry powder
Instructions
Cut the potatoes into equally thick slices and put them in a bowl. Mix oil, salt pepper and the chili/paprika powder together and add it to the potatoes. Stir until potatoes are fully covered. Afterward add the semolina. All potatoes should be covered equally. Put the potatoes on a baking tray and bake them (in a pre heated oven) at 200 degrees for ca. 45 minutes.
For the dip, just mix all ingredients together.
Tips
You can slightly open the oven the last 10 minutes. This will allow steam to escape and will result in more crispy wedges.
