This is a very simple lentils dish that once can whip out in a few minutes if you have cooked lentils ready to go. Its more a reminder to myself rather than a real recipe .
This recipe is more a reminder to myself of an awesome tasting combination of ingredients. As I normally make this with leftovers I have not measured the amounts of ingredients yet.
Ingredients
- butter
- cooked beluga lentils
- green onions
- red paprika
- zucchini
- garam masala
- hot sauce
- feta cheese
Instructions
Melt the butter and shortly fry the cut vegetables. Add the lentils and heat them up. Once they are hot, add the feta cheese and serve.
