My first try on grilled chicken wings. Nothing special yet, though a starting point for further experiments.
Ingredients
- 15 chicken wings
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp habanero honey
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp soj sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1,5 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, marinade the wings and let them rest for at least 6h or over night in the fridge.
Ideas for next time..
- try to add some lemon cest and chili
- try to remove soj sauce but add paprika powder
