Ingredients
- 500g minced beef
- 10g tomatoe paste
- 7g salt
- 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
- [optional: 1/2 tbsp chili]
- 1,5g pepper
- 1 small fine cut garlic clove or a dash of dried garlic
Instructions
Mix everything well together. Form patties, ensuring there are no rips. Preheat a pan with a tablespoon of oil and fry the patties at high heat on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
