Never touched a similar dish before. I substituted a lot of what I actually wanted to use but it ended up nice. Will come back to it with a second version for sure.
Note: normaly one would use pork instead of beef and cabbage instead of brocculi strunk. Though as I did not have those ingredients I substituted. The result was good and Ill try the recipe with the actual ingredients in the future for comparison.
Ingredients
- 400 g meat, minced beef
- trunk of a broccoli
- 2 big onions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp black bean paste (not sure if that was correct)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp fresh minced ginger
- 1/2 tbsp MSG
- 1/2 a cup of water.
- If needed starch slurry
- 300g noodles
- fresh lemon
Instructions
Cut the onions and fry them in a big pan. Add the meat and fry it a bit as well. Add spices and cut vegetables and let it cook until the vegetables are through. In paralell cook the noodles. Once done mix everything together. Serve and top it with fresh lemon juice.
